Initially, the companies were more focused on generating high revenues. Such cases are rarely found in the new age companies, today, companies understand the contribution of the environment. As environmental issues have risen in the past decades, companies are pushed and motivated to increase their contribution to the environment. This has impacted companies to have a more balanced approach towards both revenue generation and good environmental practices. Tech Innovation is also seeking on the same line. The company focuses on showcasing the best practices to make a company successful not only in terms of revenue but also in making the whole environment a better place.
Numerous companies are designed to adapt towards sustainability goals and are motivated by other companies to follow similar goals to save energy. “Great thing is users can set a value or monetary fee for great work to offer and other content which will also enable them to provide financial assistance. I have had years of collaboration with several organizations and the private industry,” says Carroll.
An Adviser and Technologist in The Industry
As aforementioned, the founder of Tech Innovation Global, Alicia Sheree Carroll is an award-winning engineer and technologist who collaborates with organizations and teams. She is a Small Business owner/Minority Business for community service, improvements, charity, and overall well-being; and performs data analysis reviews. Formerly, she provided technical direction, training and served as an advisor for initiatives and services in science, technology, and engineering. Her role in the company is focused on guidance on policy and connects with nonprofits, companies, managers, academia, and several businesses to numerous private companies and organizations in accomplishing her company’s goals and capabilities.
In 2001, Carroll began her journey as a data analysis in IR signature. Later, she served as an engineer in projects, hardware, testing, logistics, and services. Throughout her vocation, she has worked on many scientific projects, both technical and business organizations serving teams, trained and mentored others in communicating technical issues, guidelines, improving socioeconomic sectors to creating a diverse workforce for all ethnicities who perform excellent work. Carroll served as a lab technician performed research early in her career, and earned her master’s degree in Project Management to a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has been the recipient of many prestigious awards, including the 10 “Influential Women in Tech”, Exceptional Service Medal, Leadership Medal, and Women’s Program Outstanding Achievement Award.
In February 2021, she was selected for inspiring businesswomen making a difference for her contributions during a span within the last year. Throughout 20 years, she has received 36 awards for outstanding leadership and performance. Before joining the private industry, she performed test simulations, target characterization, and materials research for the Advanced Center in 1998. Since 2003, she also served youth groups/mentor program and program development for 13 years, outreach in the community and missionary programs. She is in the WOSB program in collaboration with USFCR where she performed April 2020 independent data analysis, industry profile analyses to locate NAICS establishments from February 2020 to March, integrated supply capabilities from February to March 2020, data analysis reviews, best practices, and provided COVID recommendation for face masks. COVID-19 screening, testing, and collaborative healthy habits also provide additional safety. Today, she serves countries and provides tools as a verified vendor, and collaborates with other businesses and establishments to flatten the curve and overall well-being.
