Brief our audience about your journey as a business leader. What challenges did you have to face to reach where you are today?
I have always been very passionate about technology products and solutions that can make a difference in the world and help humanity in a larger way. As a path towards my passion, I started working and implementing ideas for a host of award-winning innovative products at UnfoldLabs. I never resist doing the unthinkable-this zeal drove me to come up with solutions that beat industry standards. It was tough during my early stages of entrepreneurship, but now I am very confident that nothing is impossible to achieve with a real attitude and aptitude. The pain of losing, working hard gets healed with success.
Describe UnfoldLabs’ offerings that address the needs of your customers.
We thrive on innovation in products & services with a focus on the Cloud, Mobile and Technology. The major difference is in the way we think and approach the problem with customer experience in mind. We love to strategically work on real world problems and create solutions that are futuristic and user-friendly. Continuous learning keeps us updated with trends that help us develop creative thoughts/solutions.

We feel that exploration and innovation are important for an organization to grow. As a part of our extraordinary thinking, we have developed many digital platforms and products that make life easier for humanity. We are also working on an innovative next-generation project that helps with “Mood Detection”, which can understand human moods and make people happier.
What are the challenges you and your team at UnfoldLabs come across in your day-to-day operations?
As always, people are the backbone of any organization. Innovation can not happen in isolation, and hence, collaboration is the most important aspect of building creative products.
With the 2020 Pandemic, life has changed-everything is more difficult, more difficult to achieve, borders are closed, people are afraid, travel is difficult, and every attendance might be a possible obstacle. Team UnfoldLabs also faced problems in early 2020 – now that things are back to normal, we are up and running with the same speed and enthusiasm as before.
What people, what books, what life factors have influenced and impacted you? Throughout my career, I’ve had many wonderful experiences with many excellent people.
I enjoy reading, learning, writing, travelling, and speaking to a variety of people – be they normal or business personnel. It wasn’t simply one book or one person who got me to this point. But there is one quote that I abide by: “Changes – Choices – Chances”. I have been very adaptive and open to changes – which is one major aspect of experiencing success.
Here comes the second one-“If you want something that you have never had, you have to do something that you have never done”. Presence is more than just being present-when I’m feeling stressed, all I do is say this to myself, and it takes my mind, body, and soul back to the present moment.

Our culture is founded on a flat, hierarchical structure in the sense that we have an open-door policy and we work closely with all members of the team, be it a janitor or a CEO. To guarantee that we retain communication and a much-needed sense of belonging, we have a well-organized structure of regular meetings and weekly face-to-face briefings. This is more important than ever before.
Throughout all our production processes, we strive for Strategic Precision. We set out each team’s goals so that our employees know what they’re working towards. It will not only improve their performance, but will also increase collaboration among our team members. We make sure that every employee understands our organization’s long-term goals, in addition to creating department goals. This is to assist our employees in developing a sense of professional purpose. While our work can be difficult at times, we make time to make the workplace a little more cheerful. That lifts everyone’s spirits.
Where do you envision yourself being in the long run and what are your future goals for UnfoldLabs?
In all the business segments, I, as the CEO of UnfoldLabs, have always been the market leader, technologist, and strategist. We’re hungry and insecure enough to always keep us at the top of our game. At UnfoldLabs, there is no room for complacency – we always strive for betterment and perfection. In terms of geography, we will continue to grow. We aim to contribute towards making the world a better place to live by using technology.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs?
Big or small, success or failure – everything that comes should be accepted and moved forward with hope, passion and hard work. Each business story is an inspiration – I am inspired by UnfoldLabs, though I may be biased. That is what keeps me going every minute of every day. “Love Yourself and Live Life Fully” is my motto.
