1. Order Processing & Confirmation.
Once an order or subscription is successfully placed through our website or sales representatives:
A confirmation email will be sent with the order details.
For editorial features and digital services, our editorial or support team will follow up within 2–3 business days to begin the on boarding and delivery process.
2. Digital Delivery.
For digital subscriptions, advertisements, and editorial features:
Delivery typically occurs within 25–30 business days after confirmation, subject to editorial timelines.
All digital magazines and editorial content will be sent via email or shared through a secure download link.
Please ensure your email address is accurate to avoid delays.
3. Physical Magazine Delivery
If your subscription or package includes a physical copy:
Domestic Shipping (USA): Magazines are dispatched within 30–45 business days of publication.
International Shipping: Please allow 15–30 business days for delivery.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and postal service performance.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at the time of order.
We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
Re-delivery requests due to customer error may incur additional shipping charges.
5. Delays & Lost Shipments
If you do not receive your magazine within the specified time frame, contact us at info@globalbusinessleadersmag.
com. We will investigate with the carrier, and if the shipment is confirmed lost (excluding cases of incorrect address), we will offer a free replacement.
Please report delays within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
6. Editorial Feature Fulfillment
For companies featured in editorial or sponsored sections:
Our editorial team will coordinate with you for content creation, interviews, proofing, and final approval.
Turnaround time for a 3-page feature typically ranges from 2–3 weeks from confirmation and information submission.
We reserve the right to adjust publishing dates based on scheduling and editorial planning.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Content: All digital magazine issues, editorial features, and advertising sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery or publishing.
Print Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unshipped issues.
Cancelled Editorial Features: Cancellations after editorial work has begun may be subject to a processing or production fee.
