As a young man searching for a career path, Clint became interested in heating and air systems and how they work to create the comfortable homes we enjoy. He soon found a position with a local HVAC company as a customer service representative and dispatcher. His natural curiosity and interest in the field led him to learn everything he could about the industry, the day-to-day operations of an HVAC company, and how systems actually work. While working nights, Clint took classes during the day and gained certifications which enabled him to move into a technician job and then into installation. He was finally able to put his book knowledge to work in the real world and refine his skills and expertise, but that almost always meant going to another company to advance.

With the education, experience and success also came a deeper insight into common practices in the industry. He sometimes felt that doing the best for the customer was at odds with what his company wanted him to do, and often felt that coworkers were hesitant, or even refused, to helping each other. One day he decided that one day, he would create an HVAC company that was a great place to work and create a long career with continuing education and promotions. He wanted to treat customers they way he wanted his mom or best friend treated, politely with honestly, fairness, and outstanding expertise.

Great ideas have to start somewhere, and Clint began doing work on his own as a one-man operation. He believes that respecting a customer is the only way to do business. Clint’s expertise along with his down to earth manner, fair dealings, and dedication to customer satisfaction was setting him apart from the crowd. Word started to spread and Clint couldn’t keep up with the demand for his services so he bought his first van and made his first hire.

Today, Kennon Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has a fleet of vehicles and team of highly trained HVAC technicians, installers and duct cleaners, customer services representative and dispatchers and support staff. The days of operating out of a single van are past and the company now occupied a modern facility in Cumming, GA with offices for management and support staff and a large warehouse. The brightly decorated logo featuring Kennon HVAC’s mascot, Hank the Dog, hangs in the front window.

Kennon HVAC is available to take calls and provide emergency service twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. They offer expert HVAC repair and installation, heating and air system maintenance, duct cleaning and air quality solutions and plumbing services.
