QeCAD continued to scale its operations and client partnerships in 2025.
The company onboarded 80+ new clients while maintaining a strong 90% client retention rate, reflecting long-term trust and consistent delivery. By year-end, QeCAD served 515 clients globally and successfully delivered over 1,000+ projects during 2025 across BIM Services, Scan to BIM, MEP, CAD and 3D visualization services. With 20,000+ projects delivered to date, QeCAD demonstrated its capability to execute complex projects at scale.
QeCAD also strengthened its global reach, serving clients across 19+ countries, including the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, while aligning with regional standards and project requirements.
Recognition That Matters: Awards and Industry Accolades
QeCAD’s commitment to quality and innovation earned significant industry recognition in 2025.
The firm received the Australia Prestige Awards for 3D Rendering Excellence, recognizing its ability to deliver visually compelling and technically accurate renderings. Additionally, QeCAD/QeBIM was named among the Top Construction CAD and BIM Service Providers in Europe 2025 by Europe Construction Tech Review, reinforcing its leadership in digital construction services and BIM workflows.
Global Engagement: Learning, Connecting and Leading
In 2025, QeCAD actively engaged with the global AEC and technology ecosystem through key international events.
The team attended LEAP 2025 in Riyadh, one of the world’s largest technology conferences, with over 200,000 attendees and 1,800+ global exhibitors, gaining insights into emerging technologies shaping the future of the built environment.
QeCAD also participated in BIG 5 Construct Saudi 2025, the Kingdom’s largest construction event, which doubled in scale this year and showcased the full construction value chain across two focused weeks.
Further strengthening its global presence, QeCAD exhibited at the AIA Conference on Architecture 2025 (AIA25) in the USA, connecting with nearly 13,000 global attendees and 600 leading brands.
The firm also participated in Sydney Build Expo and London Build Expo, engaging with industry leaders on BIM adoption, sustainability and digital construction practices.

Throughout the year, QeCAD delivered impactful projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial and infrastructure sectors. Key services included Scan-to-BIM, Architectural BIM Modeling, Structural BIM Modeling, BIM coordination, MEP Modeling, Construction Documentation and high-end 3D visualization.
Each project was executed with a strong focus on accuracy, constructability, timelines and compliance—enabling clients to reduce rework, improve coordination and accelerate project delivery.
