Leaders understand that maintaining a high-level of employee motivation can be difficult. Globally, there have been multiple studies that have highlighted that only a  quarter of employees are engaged or motivated at the workplace. Motivated employees are absolutely essential for a successful business and for creating great company culture. A team that is motivated and thus willing to put in the maximum effort for achieving organizational goals can create tremendous value.. Intending to bridge this gap, Link and Motivation was founded in 2000. A first-of-its-kind consulting firm, which aims to create a world where organizations and individuals align theirsense of purpose to draw forth and create a more meaningful society.

Link and Motivation were established in April 2000 as the world’s first motivation-focused management consulting firm. The corporate slogan of Link & Motivation is ‘Individual passion inspires all.’ Keeping motivation at the center of what they do, Link & Motivation has developed and introduced Motivation Engineering to the market which integrates academic findings from business administration, social systems theory, behavioral economics, psychology, and other fields.

Our early challenges as a company were mostly based on the lack of knowledge, awareness, or value perception of employee motivation and employee engagement services. Today with ESG and other employee-focused trends, LMG has benefited greatly from the growth in awareness of the value of employee engagement to a company’s long-term sustainable profitability, growth and viability.

According to you, what makes Link and Motivation’s services and solutions exceptional as compared to the other providers in the industry?

LMG’s moat is our one-stop-shop organizational development business model combined with our cloud-based employee systems. We believe that finding and hiring the right people to build your journey together is critical in building a fast-growing company.

What are the qualities that a fast growing company must have?

A company must have ‘High Employee of Motivation’ and a business & organization that is focused on creating unique only one businesses, which are not a copy of some existing business. Our advice would be to seek to transform industries through new ways, not copying existing ways of doing things.

As afast growing company, what can we expect from Link and Motivation in the following year?

We will be focusing on continued growth and innovation that transforms companies and markets. We aim to grow into a truly global company in the near future bringing motivation engineering to the world.

Optimistic Perspective: In this era, the driver of competitiveness is not just whether a company is able to win out in the product market, but also whether it can win out in the labor market. Improving engagement (level of mutual understanding, empathy, and commitment) between company and employee is crucial to achieving this.
