Growing and scaling are two very different concepts. Growth; the term always is thrown around as a way of judging a company, but what goes on in hindsight is effective scaling practices. Growth works fine for large MNCs that have already established their routes and found their target market. However, in a startup ecosystem, the focus is on scaling the businesses.
